    Arrival is scheduled for 5 pm (except for those arriving earlier by train). Tea will be prepared in the lounge to welcome you . Please come and relax for a few minutes before settling in and getting acquainted with the premises. The day begins at 6 pm with a yin yoga session , ideal for releasing tension after your journey. Dinner , if you have ordered it, will be served at 8 pm , and the evening is then free for you to relax or chat with the other participants.

  2. Hatha yoga harmonizes two opposing yet complementary energies through physical postures and breathwork (pranayama). It represents the union of the sun (ha) and the moon (tha), embodying all dualities. The class is open to everyone. There are no specific goals to achieve. Simply be aware of your limits, breathe, and relax.
  3. Yin yoga It is a gentler, slower, and more meditative form of yoga that aims to hold certain postures for several minutes while relaxing the muscles to activate circulation in the joints, tendons, and ligaments, thus facilitating flexibility. It is a way to let go, find inner silence, and achieve deep self-acceptance.
  4. Meditation allows the mind to be what it is, without judgment, and in this silence, to realize its true nature .
  5. Satsang is the jnana aspect of yoga. It is a time for sharing aimed at understanding one 's true nature and healing past wounds.
  6. Pranayama are breathing exercises to learn to breathe fully , recharge, create space in the body and circulate vital energy.

The cottage is located in the heart of a very quiet village: it has a 70m² practice room, 5 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a wood-burning stove and a terrace overlooking the church square, where meals are taken in the summer.

Numerous trails lead from the village, offering opportunities for walks in the countryside and forest, or for swimming in the Gave river. The stages of the Camino de Santiago (Saint Blaise Hospital or Navarrenx) are also very close.

You can visit the surrounding area during your free time: Oloron Sainte Marie, Navarrenx, Sauveterre, Salies du Béarn, Pau, Lourdes, the Basque Country, Bayonne and Biarritz (1 hour drive), go rafting on the Gave (7 minutes by car), hike or ski in the Pyrenees (1 hour drive).
