Location: The "Pension Franzerhof" is a cozy guesthouse located approximately 6.5 km from the center of Mittersill. The ski area is accessible via the "Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen" lift, approximately 4.5 km away, or the "Smaragdbahn" lift, approximately 18 km away. Cross-country skiing is available on the trails approximately 4 km away. Ski buses stop approximately 450 m from the guesthouse. Amenities: The tastefully furnished accommodation includes Wi-Fi, a living room, a breakfast room, and a wine cellar. You can store your ski equipment in the ski/snowboard room. On-site parking is also available, subject to availability. Wellness: The approximately 35 m² wellness area (at an additional cost) features a sauna and an infrared cabin. On-site, the accommodation provides sauna towels (at an extra cost). Children: The children's playroom offers age-appropriate entertainment for younger guests. Cots are available (at an extra cost), and high chairs are included (upon request and subject to availability).
