Location: The "SUN Matrei" accommodation is a modern residence located approximately 700 meters from the center of Matrei. The ski area is accessible via the "Goldried I" ski lift, located 1 km away. Cross-country skiing is available approximately 8 km away. Sledding is also available approximately 8 km away. Ski buses stop approximately 100 meters from the apartment complex. The nearest shops are approximately 270 meters away, and the nearest cafes and restaurants are approximately 500 meters away. Amenities: This accommodation consists of a main building and an annex. It includes a reception area, Wi-Fi access, a lounge, an elevator, and a breakfast room. Ski equipment can be stored in the ski room. On-site parking is available, including covered parking (at an additional cost) and an electric vehicle charging station (at an additional cost) – subject to availability.
