Location: The "die Gipfelresidenz" apartment complex is a modern residence located approximately 8.5 km from the center of Maria Alm, in the Hinterthal district. The ski area is accessible via the "Sonnleitenlift" ski lift, approximately 130 m away, or the "Hochmaisbahn" ski lift, approximately 1 km away. Cross-country skiing is available on the network of trails approximately 100 m away. Ski buses stop approximately 100 m from the apartment complex. The nearest shops are approximately 8.5 km away, and the nearest cafes and restaurants are approximately 100 m away. Amenities: The accommodation includes Wi-Fi access. You can store your ski equipment in the ski room. On-site parking is also available – subject to availability. Wellness: The wellness area features a sauna and an infrared cabin. You can also relax in the lounge. Bathrobes are provided. High chairs and cots are available for children (at an extra charge, upon request and subject to availability). Meals are not provided. A bakery service is available upon request.

  1. By local bus: From Saalfelden (or Zell am See) station, the regional bus line 620 (ÖBB Postbus / Salzburg Verkehr) connects directly to Maria Alm ( Maria Alm Zentrum or Natrunbahn ) in 10 to 15 minutes from Saalfelden (expect to pay around €3 to €4 per ticket).
  2. By taxi: Allow approximately 10 to 15 minutes journey time from Saalfelden station (between €20 and €30) or 20 to 25 minutes from Zell am See (between €40 and €50).
