Location: The modern, 4-star superior Hotel Eder - das Hochkönig Lifestyle is located directly in the center of Maria Alm. Access to the ski area is via the "Natrunbahn" ski lift, approximately 100 meters away. The cross-country ski trail network is also about 100 meters away. Ski buses stop right in front of the hotel. Amenities: This comfortable hotel features a reception, lobby, Wi-Fi, elevator, breakfast room, restaurant, and bar. You can store your winter sports equipment in a ski/snowboard storage room. On-site parking, covered parking (at an extra charge), and an electric vehicle charging station (at an extra charge) are available – subject to availability. Wellness: The approximately 500 m² wellness area invites you to relax (2:00 PM - 8:00 PM). You will also find a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, a herbal sauna, a steam room, an infrared cabin, and a hydrotherapy facility. You can also relax in the relaxation room. Inside your accommodation is an indoor swimming pool (7:30 am - 8:00 pm). The outdoor swimming pool, connected to the indoor pool (7:30 am - 8:00 pm), is available to guests outside the accommodation. Massages are available for an additional fee. During your stay, a wellness voucher worth €10.00 for selected wellness treatments is included (non-refundable, non-transferable). A bathrobe and bath slippers are available for rent on site. Opening hours/validity period subject to change. Children: Cots are available for an additional fee; high chairs are included (upon request/subject to availability). Entertainment: The property offers sports activities such as a fitness center. Dining: When booking rooms with the half-board option, meals include a generous breakfast buffet featuring regional products and an organic corner. In the evening, you will enjoy a choice of 5-course menus with salad. A Christmas dinner and a New Year's Eve gala dinner with late-night snacks and one bottle of champagne per room are also included. Dietary, lactose-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian options are available upon request.

  2. By taxi: Allow approximately 10 to 15 minutes journey time from Saalfelden station (between €20 and €30) or 20 to 25 minutes from Zell am See (between €40 and €50).
