Location: The modern Boutique Apartments KOFLER residence is located approximately 250 meters from the center of Mallnitz. Access to the ski area is possible via the "Ankogelbahn 1" lift, located approximately 4 km away, or the "Mölltaler Gletscher Express" lift, located approximately 24 km away. The nearby network of cross-country ski trails offers opportunities for this sport. Ski shuttles stop approximately 50 meters away. The Mallnitz-Obervellach train station is approximately 1.5 km away. A shuttle service is available to the train station. The nearest shops, cafes, and restaurants can be found approximately 250 meters away. Amenities: This comfortable accommodation includes a reception area and Wi-Fi access. You can store your winter sports equipment in a ski room equipped with a boot dryer. Parking is available on site, subject to availability. Wellness: The Tauernbad thermal spa is approximately 150 meters from the accommodation. Access to the indoor pool and sauna is free for guests from Christmas to the end of March (see on-site information).
