Location: The 3-star family-run Hotel Zum Hirschen is located in the heart of Längenfeld. Access to the ski area is possible via the Giggijoch cable car, approximately 13 km away, or the Hochgurglbahn 1 cable car, approximately 24 km away. The Aqua Dome spa, about 300 m away, also offers a special wellness experience. Cross-country ski trails are located nearby, and ski buses stop right in front of the hotel. Amenities: This comfortable hotel consists of a main building and an annex, approximately 30 m apart. The hotel features a reception area, lobby, Wi-Fi access, a lounge, an elevator, a breakfast room, a restaurant, and a bar. You can store your winter sports equipment in a ski room equipped with a boot dryer. On-site parking and an electric car charging station (extra charge) are available – subject to availability. Wellness: The wellness area includes a sauna and a steam room. You can also relax in the relaxation room. The solarium also offers a place to unwind. Bathrobes are available for rent. Children: High chairs and cots are available (on request/subject to availability). Entertainment: Once a week, when there is sufficient snow, an evening program is organized (e.g., torchlight hike, curling, evening in a mountain hut with tobogganing, etc.; some activities are at an extra cost). In addition, as a guest, you receive a 10% discount on ski rentals at Intersport Riml, located approximately 100 meters away. From December 1st to 18th, 2026, you will receive a three-course set menu of your choice instead of the à la carte option.   1. By bus: Take the regular Ötztaler Bus line (route 320) directly from in front of the train station to the Längenfeld stops. The journey takes approximately 35 to 40 minutes (departures every 30 to 60 minutes). A ticket costs approximately €8 to €10 per person.
  2. By taxi: Local taxis are available in front of the station. The journey takes approximately 25 to 30 minutes (expect to pay between €60 and €80 depending on the time of day and the number of passengers).

  3. Access from the airport: direct shuttle/taxi to Längenfeld or city bus F to Innsbruck Central Station (Hbf), then train to Ötztal-Bahnhof.

From Paris (approximately 8.5 to 9 hours by car - approx. 830 km): Take the A4 or A5 motorway east, cross the Swiss border towards Basel and Zurich, then continue towards Austria via Vorarlberg (Arlberg Tunnel) on the S16 and the Austrian A12 motorway (Inntal Autobahn). Take exit 123 "Ötztal", then follow the B186 federal road for approximately 25 km to Längenfeld.
  2. From Strasbourg (approximately 4h45 to 5h drive - approx. 420 km): Join Germany (A5/A8) then south towards Austria via the Fernpass (B179) or via Bregenz/Arlberg, before joining the A12 then the B186.
  3. From Lyon (approximately 6h45 to 7h drive - approx. 600 km): Take the A42/A40 towards Geneva, cross Switzerland via Zurich, then take the A12 in Austria to the Ötztal exit.
  4. From Innsbruck (approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour drive - approx. 70 km): Take the A12 motorway towards Bregenz/Arlberg until the "Ötztal" exit, then continue on the B186 to Längenfeld. (Note: A motorway vignette is required on motorways in Austria and Switzerland).
