The 3-star family-run Hotel Bon Alpina is located in the center of Igls, approximately 3.8 km from the Patscherkofel ski area. The ski bus stops directly in front of the hotel. This traditional, tastefully furnished hotel features a reception area with a lobby, three elevators, Wi-Fi access, a dining room, a bar, a lounge, a games room, and a ski room with boot dryers. Free parking is available at the hotel, and additional free public parking is available approximately 500 m away (subject to availability). The approximately 600 m² wellness area includes a small indoor pool (opening hours are posted on site), a sauna, a steam room, and a relaxation center. Access to the fitness room is also free for guests. Rooms: The comfortable rooms are equipped with a bathroom with a bathtub or shower/WC, sometimes a hairdryer, Wi-Fi, TV, and sometimes a safe and telephone. Dining: Depending on the room type booked, the price of the trip includes half-board or all-inclusive. The half-board option includes a generous buffet breakfast and a choice of three-course meals with a salad bar. When booking an all-inclusive room, a packed lunch, a midday snack, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are also included (from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM). Once a week, there is a Tyrolean country buffet with live music and an Italian buffet.

  1. By IVB network bus (Line J): This is the simplest option. The Line J bus departs directly from Innsbruck Hbf station and reaches Igls in 15 to 20 minutes. A single ticket on the IVB urban network costs approximately €3.30 (or a 24-hour pass for approximately €7.30).
  2. By historic tram (Line 6 - Mittelgebirgsbahn ): A picturesque tram through the forest connects Innsbruck's Bergisel station to Igls in approximately 20 to 25 minutes (same IVB network fare).
  3. By taxi: Taxis are permanently stationed outside Innsbruck train station. The journey to Igls takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes and costs between €20 and €30 depending on traffic and the exact address.
