Location: The Landhôtel Post, a welcoming country hotel, is located in the heart of Heiligenblut. The "Schareck" ski lift, just a few meters from your accommodation, provides direct access to the ski area. Downhill skiers will find slopes practically on the doorstep. The cross-country ski trail network is about 500 meters away. You can also enjoy sports activities on the toboggan run located approximately 1.7 km from the hotel. Ski buses stop right in front of the property. Lienz train station is about 37 km away. Amenities: This comfortable hotel features a reception area, Wi-Fi, a lounge, an elevator, a breakfast room, a restaurant, and a bar. You can store your winter sports equipment in a ski room equipped with a boot dryer. Parking is available on site, subject to availability. Wellness: In the approximately 240 m² wellness area (open from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM), you will find a sauna, a steam room, and an infrared cabin. An indoor swimming pool is located within your accommodation (open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM). A bathrobe is available for rent. Opening hours and validity periods are subject to change. Children: High chairs and cots are available upon request/subject to availability. Dining: The half-board package includes a generous buffet breakfast. In the evening, a 4-course buffet (3 main courses to choose from) with a salad bar is offered. A festive Christmas buffet is offered at Christmas, and a festive New Year's Eve buffet is served. Lactose-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian options are also available upon request.

  1. Nearest train station:Mallnitz-Obervellach (approximately 60 km away) or Lienz (approximately 38 km away). 
  2. Means of transport then to the accommodation:
  3. By public bus (Postbus):  From Mallnitz-Obervellach train station, take bus line 102 to Obervellach, then line 100 which serves Heiligenblut (allow approximately 1 hour 30 minutes, between €10 and €15 one way).  From Lienz train station, the Postbus line goes directly to the village in about 50 minutes (approximately €8 to €13).
  4. By taxi / shuttle: You can book a local taxi or use the station shuttle service ( Bahnhofshuttle Kärnten ) from Mallnitz or Lienz stations (expect to pay between €60 and €110 per trip depending on the station and the number of passengers).
