    Enjoy a stay with a ski pass included in the heart of Döllach at the Résidence Hôtel Schlosswirt. Ideally located near the ski lifts and the first shops, this residence offers you privileged access to the ski area.

Note

No ski passes are issued for children up to and including 9 years old. Accompanied by a parent, children aged 5 to 9 inclusive receive a snowman card (ski pass) which must be purchased on site at a price of €9.50 per child per day. For children skiing alone (e.g., in ski lessons), the child rate applies. Children under 5 years old ski free. For more information, please ask at the lift ticket office.

The 3-star family-run Hotel Schlosswirt is located approximately 100 meters from the center of Döllach. The ski bus to the Heiligenblut ski area, about 9 km away, stops near the hotel. The cross-country ski trailhead is also about 100 meters from the hotel. This nature-oriented hotel offers a reception area, Wi-Fi access, a bar, a breakfast room, a restaurant, and ski storage. Free parking is available, subject to availability. The sauna and steam room are free to use (see on-site for opening hours). There is also a small petting zoo outside the hotel with animals for children and adults (e.g., goats, rabbits, donkeys). Catering Depending on the type of room booked, the price of the trip includes either a buffet breakfast, or, if half-board is booked, a 4-course menu of your choice.

  1. By bus: take regional line 5108 (ÖBB Postbus / Kärnten Bus) to the Döllach B107 or Großkirchheim stop (approximately 35-40 minutes journey, ticket costs between €6 and €10). The stop is about 100-200 meters from the hotel, a 2-minute walk away.
  2. By taxi: allow approximately 30 minutes for the journey (between €60 and €80 depending on the company).

  3. Innsbruck Airport (INN) (approximately 180 km / 2h30 drive): Served by Austrian Airlines, Transavia, EasyJet and Air France (seasonal connections).
Access by car
Travel to the place of stay with parking available
  1. From Paris (approximately 10.5 to 11 hours drive / ~1,000 km): Take the A4 motorway towards Strasbourg, then cross Germany via the A8 towards Munich. Next, head towards Austria via the Felbertauern Tunnel (B108) to Lienz, then follow the B107 (Mölltalstraße) to Döllach/Großkirchheim. (Note: You will need the Austrian motorway vignette and must pay the Felbertauern Tunnel toll).
  2. From Salzburg (approx. 2h15 to 2h30 / ~160 km): Take the A10 motorway (Tauern Autobahn) then the B106/B107 through the Mölltal valley (or use the Autoschleuse Tauernbahn car-carrying rail service between Böckstein and Mallnitz).
  3. From Lienz (approximately 25 to 30 minutes / ~30 km): Follow the B107 road north towards Heiligenblut until you reach the center of Döllach.
