The charmingly furnished 4-star Eiger Mountain & Soul Resort is located in the heart of Grindelwald, just steps from the town center and various shops. The ski area and the Grindelwald-First mountain railway are approximately 300 meters away, and a bus stop is about 20 meters from the hotel. Amenities at this comfortable hotel include a reception area with a check-in desk and a reading lounge in the wellness area, an elevator, Wi-Fi access, a breakfast room, a restaurant, a bar, a café, a wine cellar, and ski storage. Parking spaces and covered parking are available for an additional fee. Guests can use the hotel's 1,000 m² wellness and fitness area, "Eiger Spa - Fitness & Soul," which includes a sauna, jacuzzi, hydrotherapy pool, and gym (opening hours are posted on site). Take a train (SBB or TGV Lyria from France) to Interlaken Ost station, then take the regional Berner Oberland-Bahn (BOB) line to Grindelwald station or the modern Grindelwald Terminal station.

  1. From Paris : allow approximately 5h30 to 6h journey with a TGV Lyria to Basel (Basel SBB) or Zurich, a SBB train to Interlaken Ost, then the BOB train to Grindelwald (approximately 35 minutes uphill from Interlaken).

  3. On foot : depending on the location of your accommodation in the village, allow 5 to 15 minutes walk from Grindelwald's main train station.
  4. By local bus (Grindelwald Bus) : Local bus routes serve the entire valley and surrounding areas from the train station. The guest card issued by accommodation providers allows free use of the buses within the village.
  5. By taxi : local taxis are available at Grindelwald train station and Grindelwald Terminal (expect to pay between 15 and 25 CHF for a ride within the station).
