    Enjoy a stay with a ski pass included in the heart of Gerlos at the Naturhotel Der Grubacher Residence. Ideally located near the ski lifts and the first shops, this residence offers you privileged access to the ski area.

Note

  1. Information for guests of the chalet for 7 people: on the day of your arrival (from 3:00 pm), a shuttle service will take you to the chalet (same transfer on the day of your departure, at 9:00 am).
  2. The chalet is directly accessible by ski until 5:00 PM. After this time, skiing and hiking on the slopes are not permitted, as they are closed for grooming. Shuttle services are available at certain times, by reservation and at an additional cost. The chalet has no official rating. Check-in takes place at the Naturhotel Der Grubacher (security deposit included).
  3. A visit to the stables for children accompanied by their parents is included.
  4. Dogs are not allowed in the bar or restaurant.
  5. When booking rooms with multiple beds or rooms with extra beds, there is no right to benefit from the extra beds in case of under-occupancy.

Location: The 4-star, family-run Naturhotel Der Grubacher, which has its own organic farm, is located approximately 2 km from the center of Gerlos. The Isskogelbahn ski lift, about 500 m away, provides access to the ski area. When snow conditions are good, it is possible to ski down to the hotel. The network of cross-country ski trails, also located nearby, offers numerous opportunities for skiing. You can also enjoy sports activities on the toboggan run about 500 m from the hotel. Ski shuttles stop about 500 m away. The nearest shops are about 1.7 km away, while the closest cafes and restaurants are about 1 km away. The hotel's chalet is not officially classified and is located approximately... 300 m above the hotel (direct access to the slopes). Amenities: This welcoming hotel features a reception area, Wi-Fi access, a lounge, an elevator, a breakfast room, a restaurant, a bar, and a wine cellar. Ski storage is available. On-site parking is subject to availability. Wellness: The approximately 500 m² wellness area invites you to relax (access reserved for hotel guests; opening hours are posted on the sign). It includes a Finnish sauna.

  1. By bus : Take bus line 4094 (Zillertalbahn/VVT network) towards Gerlos. Get off at the Gerlos Isskogelbahn stop (located approximately 500 meters from the Naturhotel Der Grubacher). Travel time: approximately 35 to 40 minutes. Fare: approximately €6 to €8 per person.
  2. By taxi : Allow approximately 20 to 25 minutes for the journey (between €50 and €65).

From Paris (approximately 9.5 to 10 hours drive, ~930 km): Take the A4 motorway towards Strasbourg, cross Germany via the A8 (Stuttgart/Munich), then enter Austria via the A12 (Intal Autobahn). Take the exit towards the Zillertal Valley (B169) to Zell am Ziller, then follow the B165 (Gerlos Straße) to Gerlos. (Note: A motorway vignette is required to drive on Austrian motorways).

From Innsbruck (approximately 1 hour 15 minutes drive, ~80 km): Take the A12 motorway towards Kufstein, take exit 39-Wiesing towards the B169 to Zell am Ziller, then continue on the B165 towards Gerlos.

Parking : The Naturhotel Der Grubacher provides free outdoor parking directly on site reserved for guests staying at the hotel (subject to availability).
