    Enjoy a stay with a ski pass included in the heart of Engelberg at the Résidence Hotel Terrace. Ideally located near the ski lifts and the first shops, this residence offers you privileged access to the ski area.

Note

Hypoallergenic bed linen is available upon request for an additional fee (see on-site for details). Please note that children and teenagers under 16 years of age are not permitted to occupy a room without being accompanied by an adult. The ski pass included in the price of your stay is valid from the day after your arrival until the day of your departure inclusive (for example, for a 7-night stay, a 7-day ski pass is included). Please note that no ski passes are issued for children under 6 years of age. Use of the ski lifts is free for them in the Titlis area; for use of the Brunni (Klostermatte) lifts, a child's pass must be purchased locally (further information is available at the lift ticket offices). When booking rooms with multiple beds or rooms with extra beds, the extra beds are not guaranteed in case of under-occupancy. • Snow chains: mandatory • Overcrowding with babies is not possible. • This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Location: The comfortable 3-star Hotel Terrace is located above Engelberg, but the town center is easily accessible by elevator. The Titlis ski lift is approximately 1 km away, and the ski bus departs from the train station in the center of Engelberg (approximately 200 m from the elevator). The hotel offers magnificent views of the town of Engelberg and the mountainous landscape of the Titlis massif. Amenities: This thoughtfully furnished hotel features a reception area, Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and the "Porticos" bar. Ski/snowboard storage is available. Parking (at an additional cost) and an electric vehicle charging station (at an additional cost) are available on site, subject to availability. Wellness: Two outdoor wooden barrel saunas, wellness showers, and a relaxation room are available for an additional 2 hours per day per person (see opening hours on site). Bathrobes, slippers, and sauna towels are available for rent. Children: The children's playroom offers age-appropriate activities. High chairs and cots are available (upon request/subject to availability). Dining: The "Half Board PLUS" meal plan includes a buffet breakfast. In the evening, you can choose between a 3-course set menu or a buffet (depending on the chef's selection). On New Year's Eve, a New Year's Eve menu is offered (only for half-board bookings). Vegetarian and vegan options are also available (at an additional cost). Accommodation can also be booked with breakfast only.

Take the train toLucerne (Luzern)

Take a train (SBB or TGV Lyria from France) to Lucerne (Luzern) station, then take the direct Zentralbahn railway line ( Zentralbahn - Luzern-Engelberg Express ) to the Engelberg terminus.

  1. From Paris : allow approximately 5 to 5.5 hours of travel time (TGV Lyria to Basel or Zurich, then train to Lucerne and direct connection to Engelberg).
  2. From the station to the accommodation : Engelberg station is located in the centre of the village.
  3. On foot : most accommodations in the centre can be reached in 5 to 15 minutes on foot.
  4. By local bus (Gratis-Bus / Dorfbus) : in season, free shuttle buses serve the entire resort and the cable car departures (Titlis, Brunni) from the train station.
  5. By taxi : local taxis are available at the station for your luggage (expect to pay between 15 and 25 CHF depending on the destination within the station).
